Refund policy

At Treasured Bonds, your happiness is important to us. Every piece is made-to-order with care by moms at our facility in Florida. Because each item is personalized and created just for you, we have to follow strict production rules. Below is our clear policy so you know what to expect:


Happiness Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Simply email us at support@treasuredbonds.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.


Eligible for Replacement

  • Items that arrive broken, damaged, or misprinted
  • Wrong item sent due to our error
  • Production defects

Not Eligible for Refunds / Returns

  • Items that arrive in good condition but you decide you no longer want
  • Orders where personalization details were entered incorrectly by the customer (please double-check names, dates, and spellings before submitting)
  • Non-defective items beyond 72 hours after delivery
  • Holiday shipping delays or courier issues beyond our control

 

Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves with our fast processing, shipping and delivery. As soon as an order comes in, our team of beautiful moms immediately prepares it for the next shipment pick-up for the day.

Therefore, cancellations can only be accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

  • We do not issue refunds for custom-made products unless we're unable to fulfill a replacement.
  • In rare cases where a refund is granted, it will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Please note: Payment processors (PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.) may deduct a non-refundable transaction fee on cancelled/refunded orders.

 

Personalized Products

Because every piece is made-to-order, returns for “change of mind” are not possible. If there’s an issue with your personalized order, please contact us — we’ll always try to find a solution (discounts, store credit, or remake).

 

Holiday Season

We work hard to get all gifts delivered on time, but during peak holiday periods, shipping delays may occur due to carrier demand or weather. We cannot issue refunds for delays outside our control.
